We are looking for LVN's who are interested in either Full-time or Part-time availability for overnight shifts within the patient's home where the patients you will be working with will either be G-tube, Trach, and/or Ventilator dependent. This role requires monitoring patient conditions closely and maintaining accurate charting while offering compassionate care.


Below is a list of our current urgent needs for overnight care:


Full-time opportunities:


Case #1 - Eagle Rock

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 11p-7a | gtube patient


Case #2 - Camarillo

Schedule: Monday-Saturday 9p-6a | ventilator patient


Part-time opportunities:

Case #1 - Simi Valley

Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 11p-7a | gtube patient


Case #2 - Chatsworth

Schedule: Wednesday/Friday 7p-7a | ventilator patient


Case #3 - Van Nuys

Schedule: Sunday 9p-7a | ventilator patient


Case #4 - West Hills

Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 11p-7a | gtube patient

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patient conditions during night shifts
  • Maintain accurate and timely charting
  • Provide subacute and home health nursing care
  • Travel to and from patient homes as required
  • Ensure patient safety and respond to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in vocational nursing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with G-Tube care
  • Experience managing tracheostomy patients
  • Experience with ventilator support


*We provide training and refresher courses for Gtube, Trach, and the Ventilator to ensure our nurses are comfortable and confident in their work before case assignment, you will be paid during these trainings
