Join Our Repossession Team!

Nobles Towing is hiring motivated, dependable drivers ready to start a rewarding career in a specialized industry. No prior experience is necessary, experience in transportation, towing, or repossession is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Repossession Agent, you'll drive one of our tow trucks throughout the area, scanning license plates and recovering vehicles due for repossession. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Towing vehicles to and from our facility, with additional earning opportunities transporting vehicles to other designated locations.
  • Documenting each vehicle by taking comprehensive photos of the exterior (including any damage) and interior.
  • Handling equipment, including lifting dollies for rear-wheel/all-wheel-drive vehicles, deployed e-brakes, or wrecked units.
  • Using technology — a computer or smartphone — to track, locate, and document vehicles.
  • Scouting hotspots where vehicles are likely to be found and posting reliable, timely updates.

You're Probably a Match If You Have

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • A clean criminal record (State Requirement)
  • Minimum age of 23 (Insurance Purposes)
  • Reliability, responsibility, and a professional attitude
  • The desire to work independently and solve problems creatively
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Basic comfort with a smartphone or computer, and the ability to learn new tracking and documentation tools

What We Offer

  • Excellent Earning Potential: We prioritize our drivers and pay competitively. Drivers earn based on the number of vehicles they recover or transport — the more you pick up, the more you make. Additional tasks provide even more ways to boost your income.
  • Paid Training: Comprehensive training for qualified applicants, plus the chance to learn a specialized, in-demand industry.
  • Supportive Environment: Join a team that values your efforts and supports you at every stage. You'll collaborate closely with our office personnel, who help you locate and track vehicles so you can succeed.
