Join Frontier Ford as an Internet Sales Consultant and play a key role in connecting customers with the vehicles they desire. Looking to grow our team with experienced internet sales professionals. We pay up to 15% on back-end gross in addition to your earnings on front gross. Must be talented on the phones This position is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service through online and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet sales inquiries from potential customers.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internet sales, automotive sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online sales platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
