Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Either Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility as Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
- Experience with school-aged children preferred, though not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies

Core Responsibilities:
- Assess students for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings

- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations
- Offer guidance and support to teachers regarding classroom strategies for communication challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings, supporting team decisions with professional insight
