Bilingual Receptionist is a vital member of a small front office team, serving as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers. Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, this role emphasizes efficient handling of phone and in-person interactions in both English and Spanish while supporting recruiting efforts and overall customer service. Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors courteously
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain daily calendars
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Provide customer support and address inquiries
- Manage office supplies and ordering processes
- Maintain visitor logs and office security protocols
- Support recruiting and general administrative functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in front office or customer service
- Bilingual communication in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps & data entry
- Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills
