Work within a committed environment focused on supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral growth of children and adolescents. As an Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMH) Clinician, you will provide direct counseling and mental health support across a school setting, collaborating with educators, families, and school teams in the Daly City, CA area.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Active California license or credential as required for school mental health professionals
  • Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to student needs
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address academic and behavioral challenges
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students receiving support
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed and assist in developing strategies that foster positive school environments
