As an Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMH) Clinician, you will provide direct counseling and mental health support across a school setting, collaborating with educators, families, and school teams in the Daly City, CA area.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Active California license or credential as required for school mental health professionals
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to student needs
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address academic and behavioral challenges
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students receiving support
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and assist in developing strategies that foster positive school environments
