The Driving Desk is actively recruiting Class A CDL Drivers for multiple carrier partners throughout the continental United States. We have opportunities available in 48 states for experienced drivers, recent CDL graduates, and team drivers.
Whether you're looking for local, regional, dedicated, or over-the-road (OTR) routes, we'll help match you with a position that fits your experience, home time preferences, and career goals.
Pay & Compensation
- Average weekly pay: $1,100–$1,800+ (varies by carrier, experience, and route)
- Sign-on bonuses available with select carriers
- Safety and performance bonus opportunities
- Stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, and short-haul pay available on many accounts
- Weekly direct deposit
Home Time
Options include:
- Home daily
- Home every weekend
- Weekly home time
- Bi-weekly home time
- Flexible OTR schedules
Freight Types
We recruit for a variety of freight, including:
- Dry Van
- Reefer
- Dedicated
- Intermodal

- Late-model tractors
- Automatic transmissions available with many carriers
- Rider and pet programs available on select fleets
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL graduates encouraged to apply
- Experienced drivers welcome
- Team drivers welcome
- Owner-Operators accepted on select opportunities
- Must meet DOT and carrier hiring requirements
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background requirements
