We’re hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators for a top-tier manufacturing facility in San Marcos! This is a full-time, long-term temporary opportunity with excellent growth potential. Don't miss your chance to be part of a thriving team!
Pay: $18.38/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Location: San, Marcos (92078 zip code)
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience with heavy machinery preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Complete a drug test and background verification
- Strong attendance and arrives to work on time
- Team player, works well with others
- Willing to work over-time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (see below)
What You’ll Do:
- Operate cutting-edge machinery to meet production goals
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure top-quality products
- Drive continuous quality improvements by participating in real-time analysis
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly
- Communicate with the Maintenance team to resolve any issues fast
- Collect and enter data into Excel and JD Edwards throughout your shift
- Keep your workspace spotless and safe, while being on the lookout for potential machine issues
