Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Valid California School Psychologist credential or license
  • Demonstrated strengths in communication, problem solving, and interdisciplinary teamwork

  • Capacity to adapt strategies for diverse student populations

Role Overview:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, guiding development of social, emotional, and academic skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support school-wide initiatives and student success
  • Offer crisis intervention and guidance counseling as needed
  • Advocate for the needs of students while helping foster a positive learning climate
