Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations for students presenting with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evaluation findings and student goals.
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions aimed at improving speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress with keen attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, student-centered care.
  • Partner with families and educators, offering education and strategies to reinforce progress and foster a supportive environment both at school and at home.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for state licensure as per the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a strong asset
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
