Responsibilities include:
- Conduct thorough evaluations for students presenting with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evaluation findings and student goals.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions aimed at improving speech, language, and communication skills.
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress with keen attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, student-centered care.
- Partner with families and educators, offering education and strategies to reinforce progress and foster a supportive environment both at school and at home.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for state licensure as per the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a strong asset
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills needed
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
