As our Dispatcher, you'll be the nerve center of our service day — the air traffic controller who turns booked calls into a smoothly run, customer-first schedule. This isn't a phone-answering job. You own the board, you set the pace, and when the day runs smoothly, it's because of you.
What you'll do
- Run the daily schedule — match the right technician to the right job and keep the day flowing
- Coordinate the field team in real time and set them up to win from their first call
- Keep customers informed and cared for, from first call to job done
- Partner with the call center to keep the schedule full
- Own "winning the day" — you're the engine that keeps everything on track
Who you are
- Decisive, organized, and calm under pressure — you thrive in fast-moving environments
- A natural coordinator who can direct a team while putting the customer first
- 2+ years in dispatch, scheduling, or high-volume customer coordination — any industry; we'll teach you the trade
- Proficient with computers and today's technology — you pick up new software quickly (Housecall Pro a plus)
- A skilled-trade or home-services background is a plus, not a requirement
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
