We are seeking a Tube Bender to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set-up and operate rotary draw bending machines while conforming to aerospace tolerances
- Set-up and operate CNC tube cutting equipment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of experience tube bending machines
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience tube bending aerospace parts
- Experience working with close tolerances
- Experience working with Inconel, titanium, aluminum and stainless steel
- Bend Pro G2 controls
- Experience with tube bending machines .250 to 3.0" tubes
- Techno Industrial Tube Bender
- Eaton Leonard Semi-AutoMatic Bender
- Pines Tube Bender
- Lewis & Clark Manual Bender
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Must be able to stand for extended periods – 8 hours min
SCHEDULE:
7:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime may be required on an as needed basis.
