Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-certified or eligible Nephrologist to become a part of our vibrant and collaborative team of ten specialists in the field. This position is entirely focused on Nephrology, providing a unique chance to engage in Academic Nephrology while caring for a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general nephrology services across various settings, including inpatient consultations, outpatient hemodialysis, general nephrology clinics, and peritoneal dialysis clinics.
- Engage in specialty clinics to address specific patient needs.
- Receive training in Therapeutic Apheresis and participate in the care of patients requiring this treatment.
- Contribute to scholarly activities, including teaching medical students, residents, and nephrology fellows, as well as conducting clinical research.
- Explore academic opportunities within the Department of Medicine, including teaching and research initiatives.
- Provide care to underserved communities through partnerships with local health systems and clinics.

Working Conditions

Compensation and Benefits
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $265,000 to $295,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans.
