The BCBA will oversee clinical programming, provide supervision to behavior technicians, collaborate with families, and ensure treatment plans are grounded in evidence-based practices. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, professional growth, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs/behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and organizational standards
- Uphold BACB ethical guidelines and ensure high-quality service delivery
