What You’ll Bring:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy state license
- Previous school-based Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 38+ students, with consults
- Flexible, positive approach and strong communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality therapy services in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Occupational Therapy services to K-8 students across two school locations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Contribute to IEP meetings and student goal setting
- Adapt therapy techniques to support each child’s educational success
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
