Job DescriptionOverview
Registered Nurse – Oncology in Hanford, California. This travel, temporary assignment begins 08/17/2026 for 8 weeks. 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour night shift in an inpatient oncology care setting. Weekly pay: $2,089–$2,171.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for oncology patients using established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care; administer medications and monitor responses.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective, and timely treatment plans.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to complex patient scenarios.
- Maintain documentation, ensure safety protocols, and uphold infection control and quality standards.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Oncology nursing experience or specialization preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a travel assignment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient oncology care setting on a temporary basis
- Commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance
