- At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or a similar industry
- Experience working effectively in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone
- A team-first attitude and passion for helping others
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to guest inquiries
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Providing pricing and service information
- Supporting retail sales and recommending additional services when appropriate
- Communicating messages to team members
- Managing guest wait times and scheduling updates
- Assisting with light cleaning and maintaining a welcoming shop environment
