Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist classroom teachers by supporting the instruction and supervision of students
- Provide individualized or small group academic support as directed
- Help manage classroom behavior and reinforce school routines
- Support students with varying needs, ensuring their participation and engagement
- Prepare, organize, and distribute educational materials as requested by teaching staff
- Foster a welcoming learning atmosphere and encourage student confidence
- Accompany students throughout the school day as needed, including during transitions and activities
