Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Reports To: Senior Director of Corporate FP&A
Compensation: $145,000 - $165,000 + bonus

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A, this highly visible role will serve as the primary finance business partner to Operations and Supply Chain leadership, leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across Archer's manufacturing operations. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Accounting, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve financial performance, optimize costs, evaluate capital investments, and support profitable growth.

What You'll Own & ImpactFinancial Planning & Business Performance
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes supporting Archer's manufacturing operations and supply chain network
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, forecasts, executive presentations, and business reviews that communicate operational and financial performance
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators while identifying financial risks and opportunities across the organization
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses that support strategic planning and executive decision-making
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Finance
• Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to improve financial performance, manufacturing efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives
• Analyze manufacturing P&Ls, unit economics, labor, overhead, inventory, freight, and procurement spending to identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Perform detailed manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain variance analyses while recommending corrective actions and productivity improvements
• Monitor key operational cost drivers and provide actionable recommendations that improve profitability across Archer's manufacturing network
Strategic Business Partnership
• Serve as the primary finance business partner supporting Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Marketing, Sales Finance, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to support strategic business initiatives and commercial decision-making
• Translate complex financial information into meaningful operational insights that support informed business decisions
• Provide financial leadership during operational reviews, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional business initiatives
Capital Investment & Financial Modeling
• Evaluate capital investment opportunities through comprehensive financial analysis, business case development, and ROI modeling
• Support manufacturing expansion projects, operational improvement initiatives, and strategic investments through detailed financial analysis and recommendations
• Monitor capital project performance against approved assumptions while identifying opportunities to maximize return on investment
• Develop financial scenarios that support long-term manufacturing capacity planning and business growth
Reporting, Analytics & Executive Insights
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and financial reporting tools that provide visibility into manufacturing and supply chain performance
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities across Archer's supply chain network
• Support executive leadership presentations with clear, data-driven financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Ensure financial reporting processes maintain the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve financial planning processes, reporting capabilities, forecasting accuracy, and analytical tools
• Partner with Finance and Operations to enhance reporting automation and improve business intelligence capabilities through Power BI and other analytics platforms
• Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen financial visibility, and support organizational scalability
• Help establish best practices that improve financial discipline across Archer's manufacturing and supply chain operations
What Sets You Apart
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain organizations, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, manufacturing P&L analysis, and operational finance initiatives
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and financial performance measurement
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as NetSuite or comparable platforms
• Experience utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience supporting both internal manufacturing and co-manufacturing environments preferred
