Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active SLP licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in school settings (K–12) preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable with onsite, full-time schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to K–12 students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in school-based meetings to support student success
