Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (MA) to provide both clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers with patient care, coordinate front-office operations, maintain accurate medical records, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate.
- Clinical experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience using Epic.
- Current BLS Certification.
