Job DescriptionFamily Law Attorney
We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The Family Law Attorney will provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to family law. This includes, but is not limited to, divorce, high-asset marital dissolutions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child support, and child custody.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in family law matters
- Draft and review legal documents, such as divorce settlements and pre/postnuptial agreements
- Research relevant family law issues
- Represent clients in court proceedings or out-of-court negotiations
- Provide sound legal advice to clients in a timely fashion
- Stay up to date on changes to family law
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the CA bar
- At least 3 years of experience practicing family law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
