About the Job:
The Account Manager plays a critical role between Pioneer and its customers by handling all key communications related to quotations, order management, delivery status and overall customer development. The Account Manager constantly strives to improve Company performance and customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Builds and maintains key customer relationships through networking and high-quality service resulting in sales
- Monitors flow of customer product from quotation through delivery
- Works proactively with customer and production to track status, provide real time reports and support for on time delivery
- Provides prompt and effective assistance to the production team by addressing inquiries related to purchase orders (POs), following up with customers, and resolving any issues to ensure smooth production and delivery processes
- Prepares reports and communicates actions to all stakeholders
- Prepares and leads content for customer meetings
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or higher or comparable industry experience
- Proven track record of analyzing and devising solutions to complex situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in account management, production control, quality assurance or related field
- Working knowledge of the Printed Circuit Board industry
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00pm)
- Overtime and Saturdays as required
California Pay Range$72,000—$85,000 USD
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
