Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking two dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students during the 2026–2027 school year in California. These full-time, onsite positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop essential communication skills and achieve academic success.

Location: Hartley, California
Position Type: Full-Time
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
Openings: 2
Work Setting: Onsite Only

Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Support students with a variety of communication, speech, language, and related disorders.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active California SLP license and/or eligibility to practice in California schools.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
School-based experience preferred but not required.
Position Details:
2 full-time openings
40 hours per week
2026–2027 school year
Onsite services only
Caseload details will be provided as they become available.
