Job DescriptionD.W. Mack Co., Inc is seeking a full time Junior Quality Inspector to join our team. You will conduct tests to determine the quality of finished materials and finished products.
Alternative Workweek Schedule - Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to the production supervisor or machine operator.
- Approves finished products by confirming the specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to the production supervisor.
- Documents inspection results by completeing reports and logs.
- Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
- Be a team member of the Quality department and support production and other internal departments to further th interest of the company.
Qulaifications:
- Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
- Blueprint reading
- Ability to use measuring devices such as gauges, meters and calipers
- Experience in the Aerospace industry a Plus
- Conversational Spanish a Plus
