Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with menu selections and inquiries.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process cash and card transactions swiftly and securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and cashier areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a server or cashier role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler's certification
- RBS certification
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Fluent in English/Spanish
