Our Latin Bistro seeks new candidate that is passionate about cooking to serve community, food that is both healthy and tasty. Based on Native indigenous ingredients, Peruvian food is known for keeping people fit and youthful. Our athletes have been using our meals plans to keep them happy mentally and physically fit for their events. We even have a Vegan brand now that will be hitting every major city.
As our menu is unique, we do train! The candidate just needs to be passionate about working in the kitchen and making good food. Sautee, grill skills are basic, but a bonus if you know how to use a wok for some signature dishes. Our menu has a variety of latin faves such as ceviche, peruvian pesto, paella, and our famous stirfries or grill bowls.
This job begins part time as we seek a full time candidate We also have a prep cook/ dishwashing position for anyone who wants to learn to cook, and so start helping prep and slowly work to get on line.. There is great room for growth and even possibility of doing private cooking events.

Qusqo and LlamaLoveVegan brings good food home, and our youth elixirs are a great after work pick up. We give back to our community by mentoring youth and providing meals with different homeless shelters as community fuels us.
