About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver FedEx Ground packages along assigned routes
- Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient daily route completion
- Scan and track packages using handheld devices to ensure accurate delivery confirmation
- Provide excellent customer service during every delivery interaction
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards
- Manage time effectively to meet daily delivery schedules and deadlines
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates or delivery issues
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the Santa Maria, CA area is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
