Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Writing up estimates and invoices
- Assisting customers with job pickups and drop-offs
- Scheduling appointments and updating customer information
- Communicating with customers about the status of their jobs
- Assisting the business owner with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Maintaining organized records and paperwork
- Keeping the office clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Performing other office and customer service duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Previous customer service or office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
