Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year supporting elementary students as a CCC-SLP. Collaborate closely with educators and families to deliver essential speech and language services across 1-2 school sites in a vibrant Southern California community. Help children with mild to moderate needs find their voice and gain crucial communication skills that last a lifetime.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start
  • Previous experience in a school setting, especially at elementary level
  • Strong skills working with mild/moderate caseloads
  • Ability to effectively manage time and travel between 1-2 school sites

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students with varying needs
  • Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Monitor progress, maintain records, and update documentation per district and federal guidelines
  • Support inclusive educational environments and advocate for student communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development as needed
