A growing Workers' Compensation Applicant Law Firm near Northridge is looking to hire an experienced Case Manager / Paralegal to join our team.
We are seeking candidates who are organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership of their caseload. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a dedicated legal team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred
Knowledge of QME/AME processes and procedures
Experience filing Declarations of Readiness (DORs)
Familiarity with MerusCase (or similar case management systems)
Ability to manage files from intake through settlement/trial
Strong communication and client service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe
Reliable transportation for occasional court runs or errands
Excellent grammar, writing, and attention to detail
Self-motivated — able to complete tasks without micromanagement
Open to candidates with less experience if you’re a quick learner with a genuine interest in injury law.
