Labor Finders is seeking reliable Equipment Technicians, Assemblers, and Production Workers for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Sacramento, CA (Natomas area). Starting pay is $20/hr. This role is ideal for hands-on candidates with previous equipment, assembly, or production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assembling products, operating tools and equipment, performing quality checks, and supporting daily production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company standards.
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while meeting production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous Equipment Technician, assembly, or production experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation and appropriate work attire with safety footwear.
- Must have valid ID/work authorization to verify eligibility to work in the U.S. (E-Verify utilized).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
