Job Title: Inventory & Resale Assistant (Luxury/Vintage/Collectibles)
Position Overview:
I am seeking a detail-oriented assistant in Studio City to catalog and resell a private collection of 500+ items. The collection is diverse, ranging from vintage toys, retro video games, and archival clothing to high-end electronics, furniture, automotive parts, golf equipment, and luxury footwear.
What You’ll Do:
Maximize Profit: Conduct deep market research to identify highest historical sold prices to ensure we hit "top dollar" on every item.
Archival Care & Inventory: Use a QR-code system (ScanFind/Scanlily/Jotform) to tag, track, and manage inventory. You must treat all items with archival care, ensuring they are handled, photographed, and stored correctly.
Platform Management: Handle high-quality photography, write detailed descriptions, and manage cross-listing on Grailed, Vinted, and Mercari using Vendoo.
Requirements:
Must have experience with the app Vendoo and a portfolio of your past listings. Please do not apply if you do not have direct experience with online resale marketplaces.
Proven experience researching and selling vintage and high-end collectibles.
Detail-oriented with a tech-forward mindset.
Ability to work independently on-site in Studio City.
Project Fee:
This is a flat-rate project fee of $2,000 for the full inventory, research, and listing of the 500+ item collection. We will begin with a paid $40 trial (10 items) to confirm our research and photography standards.
