Sales Associate – Pro Image Sports

Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service while assisting customers with officially licensed merchandise, maintaining an organized sales floor, processing transactions, and helping the store achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting apparel, hats, and accessories.
- Build product knowledge across NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA, and other licensed merchandise.
- Recommend additional products and accessories to increase sales.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts.
- Fold apparel and maintain attractive product displays.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
- Help achieve daily sales and customer service goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Part-time
- 15–25 hours per week
- Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available
