We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

- Start time: 3:00 AM (10-12 hours)
- Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Machine Operator Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Set up machines before the start of a production run and perform routine machine adjustments as needed.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and report any defects or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machinery and work area in compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Record production data accurately, including machine settings, batch numbers, and output quantities.
- Identify and escalate mechanical or operational issues to maintenance or supervisors.
- Assist with changeovers and cleaning between product runs to avoid cross-contamination.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Skills:
- Prior experience as a machine operator in a food manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (GMP, HACCP).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
