Job Title: Project Manager – Procurement Transformation

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation initiatives focused on procurement orchestration, intelligent automation, workflow optimization, and GenAI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while driving business value and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement transformation and automation projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Facilitate project governance, executive updates, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing procurement transformation, procurement technology, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled solutions is a plus.
