American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift travel contract in California, requiring BLS, CA licensure, and at least 1 year of CT experience.

- CT Scan department in an acute care hospital setting
- 3x10 hour night shifts, Thursday through Saturday, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- No on-call or weekend call requirements

- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience (2 years preferred)
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- CA CRT License required if applicable
- CA Venipuncture License required if applicable
- 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
- Copies of all certifications required for consideration

Additional Information\n

- Performs routine and specialized CT procedures to produce diagnostic-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers
- Works independently using clinical judgment to execute safe, precise, and timely procedures
- Responsible for competent patient assessment, monitoring, and communication with patients, families, and care teams
- May assist with orienting other staff to the department
- Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to patient privacy and safety
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year to be eligible as a traveler
- Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
