Volt is immediately hiring a Machine Operator/ Warehouse Worker for a leading company in Fairfield, CA
As a Machine Operator/ General laborer you will:
- Operate a sort machine/can-compaction machine in a fast-paced production environment
- Sort different materials and inspect for damages
- Complete production, safety, and quality documentation accurately
- Operate a sit-down double forklift
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience
- Experience working around production equipment or machinery
- Knowledge of food safety and/or lean manufacturing principles preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. consistently
Monday - Friday, 6:00 am- 4:30 pm (Must be open to OT)
Pay Rate: $17-$19/hr. DOE
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
