We offer industry competitive compensation! Along with a base salary, we offer monthly commission and bonus pay based on performance. On Average Licensed Insurance Representatives earn between 40,000 to 50,000 based on performance. There are also additional opportunities to earn more based on performance.
What To Expect:
- Handle both outbound and inbound calls
- Address customer concerns and inquiry
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions while also identifying cross selling opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty License OR Personal Lines License
- Experience in Sales
Salary Information:
- $18-$20 an hour based on experience. Commission Pay and Bonus Pay will also be available
