A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established private dental practice in Gardena, California, to recruit an experienced Treatment Coordinator.

The office has been serving the community for over 10 years and is seeking a confident Treatment Coordinator who excels at patient communication, case acceptance, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Compensation
- Up to $38.00 per hour (DOE)
- Bonus structure
- Full-Time
Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every other Saturday)
- Sunday: Closed
Position Overview
The Treatment Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the doctor and the patient, ensuring treatment recommendations are clearly communicated and scheduled. This individual should be highly organized, compassionate, confident discussing financial arrangements, and motivated to help patients move forward with their dental care.
Key Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care
- Discuss financial options and payment arrangements
- Maximize treatment acceptance through excellent communication
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibility
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional customer service
- Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and the clinical team
- Assist with front office operations as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental Treatment Coordinator experience preferred
- Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills
- PPO and Fee-for-Service insurance knowledge
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred
- Familiarity with Weave is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong multitasking and scheduling abilities
