This role is ideally suited for physicians trained in Emergency Medicine, or those with backgrounds in Family Practice or Internal Medicine who possess significant Emergency Medicine experience.

- Schedule: Full?time, MondayFriday, 07:3018:00 (variable to total ~36 clinical hours/week)
- Salary: $260,000 $325,000 per year
- Benefits: 5055 days PTO/year, federal pension (5-year vest), 401(k) matching, comprehensive insurance, CME stipend ($1,000/year), liability protection

\nDuties & Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality urgent care for Veteransmanaging acute/chronic conditions across diverse patient populations
- Conduct diagnostics, procedures, orders, referrals, and medication management
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teamsincluding specialty services and resident training
- Ensure compliance with VA policies, patient safety, and national clinical standards

\nQualifications\n

- Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Licensure: Current, full, and unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Residency: Completed ACGME/AOA-accredited residencyEmergency Medicine strongly preferred; Family or Internal Medicine with significant EM experience accepted
- Citizenship: U.S. citizen (non-citizens eligible only if no qualified citizens available)
