Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located near Tracy, CA, this onsite role welcomes both local professionals and travelers ready to support a diverse K-12 caseload. Key Qualifications:

  • Current California license as a Speech-Language Pathologist - CCC required
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Eligible applicants include new graduates (CFY) and experienced SLP-CCC candidates
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting student-specific needs
  • Collaborate with other educators, families, and support staff to maximize student growth
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain up-to-date records per school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and insights on student progress
  • Attend professional development and engage with mentorship from our Clinical Advisory Team
