Key Qualifications:
- Current California license as a Speech-Language Pathologist - CCC required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Eligible applicants include new graduates (CFY) and experienced SLP-CCC candidates
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting student-specific needs
- Collaborate with other educators, families, and support staff to maximize student growth
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain up-to-date records per school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and insights on student progress
- Attend professional development and engage with mentorship from our Clinical Advisory Team
