We are seeking a General Labor Trainer to guide and support adults with special needs employees in performing warehouse, light industrial, or general labor tasks safely and efficiently.
Must be open to commuting to different locations in the IE.
Responsibilities
- Train employees on general labor tasks, equipment use, and safety procedures
- Monitor work performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Demonstrate proper handling, lifting, and operational techniques
- Assist employees in learning new tasks or adapting to new roles
- Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, or general labor environments
- Ability to demonstrate and teach tasks clearly
- Patient, reliable, and professional
- Understanding of workplace safety standards
- Must be 21+ of age, valid CA DL
- Must be able to pass background and drug test
Hours : Monday - Friday
8 am - 3:30 pm
7:30 am - 3 pm
8 am - 1 pm
