Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Quality, Customer Experience, or related fields
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for professional interaction with both customers and internal teams
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications, technical drawings, and test results
- Proficiency with testing tools, measurement devices, and documentation standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
