Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of OT practices for elementary-age children
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
Role Highlights:
- Provide Occupational Therapy services for an elementary caseload two days per week
- Assess students’ needs and develop targeted goals to support their educational success
- Work alongside teachers, special education staff, and families to foster optimal student outcomes
- Document progress, maintain clear records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Help create engaging therapy activities that motivate and inspire student participation
