We are hiring full-time or part-time hospitalists for our swing shift role.
\n
Local Team Collaboration:

- Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

Flexible Scheduling:
\n
- \n
- Swing shift hours 1 pm - 1 am, and 3 pm - 3 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- This is a full or part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Complete admissions for hospitalist service.
- Procedures are not required.
- Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
- Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests.
- Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
- Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation:
\n

- Annual compensation up to $340,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
