We are seeking a skilled General Production Worker to perform a variety of assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies. This role involves working from samples, technical blueprints, and specifications to assemble cable and wire harnesses, crimping and stripping wires, and conducting box builds and kitting from start to finish under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Assemble, label, cut wire, stuff, bag and tag, heat shrink, back shell, harness, and kit products.
Work with diagrams, blueprints, measuring rulers, and small hand tools.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

Good hand/eye coordination and ability to use microscopes.
Attention to detail and ability to distinguish colors.
Ability to use hand tools such as long nose pliers and side cutters.
Capable of following both verbal and written instructions.
Ability to compute measurements accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in production, general labor, general production, and machine operation.
Skills in crimping are advantageous.

Work Environment

This position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7am to 3:30pm in a quiet manufacturing setting. Employees work autonomously, adhering to a no cell phone policy on the production floor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
