What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through clear communication and professionalism
- Educate homeowners on repair options, system improvements, energy efficiency, and maintenance solutions
- Perform repairs and system improvements with quality craftsmanship
- Maintain accurate service documentation and collect payments when required
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of the client's home
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service repair experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience servicing a variety of residential HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical job duties safely
