Client Service Associate (Non-Sale)
Location: Palo Alto, CA

We are an independent boutique wealth management firm dedicated to providing highly personalized service to our clients. We believe that exceptional client experiences begin with exceptional team members.
What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing responsive, professional service.
- Assist clients with account maintenance, money movements, and service requests.
- Prepare and process account paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with custodians and internal team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Schedule meetings and help prepare client review materials.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively help resolve questions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of client service experience, preferably in wealth management, financial services, banking, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A genuine passion for helping clients and being part of a collaborative team.
- FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 63/66 licenses are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and custodial platforms is a plus.

- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience; $90K-$110K annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and licensing.
